Registration Terms & Conditions
- 🔰 Please add charges of Rs 75 for outstation cheques.
- 🔰 Cheques & Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of the Association of Physicians of India Noida Chapter payable in Noida.
- 🔰 Registration is mandatory for attending academic sessions.
- 🔰 PG Registration form should accompany a certificate from HOD.
- 🔰 Accompanying persons & children are not allowed in the academic sessions.
- 🔰 Registration charges will apply to children above 5 years of age. Else, register free of cost.
- 🔰 Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.
- 🔰 Refunds will only be made against written applications by email.
- 🔰 Refund requests should be made 3 months before the conference. No refund request will be entertained after that.
- 🔰 All refunds will be processed after the conference with a deduction of 25% administrative charges.
